I am planning on renting out my flat located in Brixton Hill starting from May 2026.
The flat is in an excellent condition with new laminate in the living room/kitchen area. Due to its big size (70sqm) and the light colours, the flat feels very open and airy. In total, there is a big living room that also has a dining area, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a decent amount of storage space, a small toilet room, a separate bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with rain shower. Generally there is a lot of storage space such as built in cupboards in the living/dining room, built in cupboard in the bedroom and a big built in cupboard in the entrance area which holds the washing machine/dryer combination.
The flat is located in Brixton Hill and it's a 10-15 minute walk to Brixton Station and a 20-25 minute walk to Herne Hill. There are bus stops going either up the hill towards Streatham or towards Central London almost directly in front of the flat and right across the street there is a small Sainsbury's. In addition, a number of restaurants are located basically right outside the door should you fancy a nice meal out.
The rent is set at £1900 per month. I think the flat is well suited for a couple or a working professional and am open to having pets move in (obviously together with their owners).
