Double room available from early March near Brixton/Stockwell/Camberwell. The room is nice and light with plenty of storage space. Could come furnished or unfurnished (we’ll sell or leave the bed as needed).
The flat is spread over 3 floors:
- Ground floor: large kitchen/dining room and bathroom
- 1st floor: 1x bedroom, bathroom (w/ bath and shower), spacious living room and outdoor patio space
- 2nd floor: 2x bedrooms (incl. the one advertised) and bathroom
The outside area is an amazing hosting space in summer and we have a BBQ and table tennis table.
I usually work from home 2 days a week. Very easy-going, and looking for someone fun and friendly to join.
c.10 min walk to Brixton tube, 15 mins to Stockwell, <10 mins to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink). Near 2 really good pubs – the Crown & Anchor and the Grosvenor Arms.
