Double room available in 4 bed house share.

We have a room coming available from early September as our current housemate is moving in with his partner.

The room
- Bright, double bedroom, garden-facing
- Comes furnished with a bed, mattress, fitted wardrobes
- Space to easily WFH

The house
- It’s a big Victorian-style house, so there’s lots of space (it’s across 3 floors)
- There’s lots of space to chill; living room, dining space, kitchen and a large garden
- The garden gets the sun all afternoon and has a patio and a bbq area
- Council tax band F

Housemates
- Your new housemates are Ollie, 29, Tomas, 29 and Elea, 30, ranging from 1 to 6 years living here – we didn’t all know each other before moving in, but have become good friends!
- We enjoy time together, whether it’s bbq’s, watching a film together or going to one of our local pubs, but equally aren’t in each other’s pockets, and would be looking for someone with a similar vibe to join us.

The area
- Brixton tube station is a 10 minute walk (Victoria Line) & Herne Hill overground station is just over 10 min walk = ideal location for both underground and overground.
- Less than a 5 min walk to Brockwell Park (great for festivals in the summer!)
- Close to a huge variety of bars/restaurants/brixton village/herne hill markets
