Room in clean & friendly house - Brixton Hill

We are 3 friends (all she/her, ages 28-30) looking for a clean and friendly housemate, on a temporary max 11 month basis. We will also have a cat from September.

- when you are available for a viewing, out of the times listed below.
- when you would be available to move in.

Viewing slots:
- Tuesday 26th: all day & evening
- Wednesday 27th: 10.00 - 17.00
- Thursday 28th: from 17.30 - 21.30
- Friday 29th: 9.00 - 11.30

A bit more about us:
Two of us work in the civil service, one currently works in hospitality (job hunting for her biology PhD genius job calling). We are a friendly, sociable house that love to spend time together when we’re in - watching movies or trash tv, cooking dinner together, crafting and gardening. We share butter/tea/milk and all our kitchen utensils and things like that.
But we also live fairly independently - we have our own food shelves, and our own social circles and different plans going on (gigs, dinners, etc)
We think it’s a really lovely balance !

We all cycle and we have a bike shed out the front of the house, plus a big hallway.
There’s lots of extra storage in the house in hallway cupboards.
We have one main bathroom upstairs with a great shower/bath, and another toilet and basin downstairs.
The living room looks a lot less appealing than it feels - we hang out in it a lot and it serves its purpose well.

We like to keep the house tidy, cleaning up after ourselves in shared spaces and with a deep-clean for each shared space once a week, sometimes guided by a cleaning rota.

We are getting a new cat called Teddy from September - a friend is moving to Australia and cannot take him with her.
