I have a large en suite (but open!) double room available in the home I share with my 2 daughters who I had on my own. They are 3 and 11 months. The room is relatively well sound insulated (according to my last wonderful flatmate who moved out after 2 years!) but obviously the presence of young children needs a degree of understanding, especially in terms of sometimes noisy breakfasts but they generally sleep well. Would probably suit someone who doesn’t work from home, although the room is big enough for a desk.
