Double room, en suite, balcony - new build

I'm moving out of my lovely flat in Brixton and heading back to Australia. You'd be joining Hasan, 26, who works for Google. The room has an incredible view of the London skyline, an en suite, and a king bed.

The flat is close to both Brixton and Clapham Common stations (about a ten min bus ride to each), there’s also a Tescos and Sainsburys right down the road. It comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wifi etc.

Your name would go on the lease alongside Hasan's, so you have to be able to pass the agency’s checks etc.

I'm looking to fill the room by the 1st of September, so if you could move in by then that would be ideal.

Your room comes partly furnished with a bed and bookshelf and I can leave my desk if you'd like it.
