Cozy Double Room at Brixton Hill

Hello!

A lovely room in the Brixton flat is available to sublet in July while I am away to visit my family! This is a perfect stay for anyone who has just moved to London and need a temporary stay, are travelling, or just happen to be in between places.

You’ll be living with two other people, Leo and Emmy.

'I'm Leo, I'm a young professional in my late 20s. I love watching series and films, going for long walks in nature and travelling. I enjoy my space, but I'm a very easygoing person and always down for a chat or a glass of wine! ;)'

'I'm Emmy and I work at a creative design agency. I enjoy all types of music and in my spare time I attend fun events all over London - please feel free to offer some recommendations. I’m currently growing my small plant collection and finding time to travel and explore when I can.'

You will be in the company of my lovely flatmates. We get along really well and I would love to welcome someone who will create this comfortable space during your stay. The flat had always been a warm and sociable place but we also respect each other’s time and space. There is a massive shared living room, one bathroom w/ shower, and a mini garden.

The flat is located on New Park Road - very well connected with central London. There are loads of busses/night busses just around the corner that take you to Brixton Station/Underground (Victoria line) in 10 mins (it's about 30 mins from front door to central London), buses to Clapham take about 15 mins, or 20 minutes if you prefer to walk.

There is a nice little local pub on our street, Hand In Hand, and another right next door with a beer garden. Tesco and Sainsbury's are a 2-minute walk away as well as a corner shop right next door.

The room is £220 per week - bills, Wi-Fi and council tax are included. I will ask you for is a security deposit which will be returned to you upon your leave.
