Double in central Brixton - shorter term

(Women preferred) Furnished double bedroom in bright 2 bedroom flat in central Brixton available for short-term let (up to c.3-4 months) with flexibility on dates.

The room is southfacing w lovely light, furnished with a small double (divan w under bed storage), a large chest of drawers and a desk. I'm happy to get a hanging rail and/or side table depending on what you want/need.

The flat is a comfortable 2-bedroom on the first floor, with a south facing balcony overlooking greenery. For its central location, it is surprisingly tranquil!

The kitchen has everything you need, and the livingroom has a small dining area (also my workplace on WFH days), alongside the living area and some of my plant collection.

I own the flat and am looking to rent the second bedroom on a short-term basis - could suit someone new to town, in between long term contracts or just in London for a shorter time.

The right fit is a priority for me - I’m mid 30s, city job and typically wfh 2days pw. For a sense of my vibe; I’m vegetarian, cycle pretty much everywhere and play a few sports. You don't have to do any of those things, but hopefully it gives a sense of what it's like living with me. I enjoy having a nice home environment, and hope you'd share that sentiment.

I often wake up early (6am), including weekends, so if you are a light sleeper worried about being woken in the morning, it might not be for you.

Rent is £950 pcm with bills included, a cleaner every 2 weeks, and I would ask for £500 deposit. Bedding and towels included, alongside cleaning supplies and other home essentials. Parking permits for the street are available if you need parking.
