Couple look for short-term tenant in cosy double

The room

We are Molly and Oli, a couple looking for a short-term lodger in our cosy double spare room.

The room:
Cosy double bed with drawers and mirror as well as underbed storage. Blackout curtains help keep the room nice to sleep in but the west-facing window gets beautiful afternoon light. Can provide bedding if needed.

The flat:
This is a 2 bed maisonette flat across 2 floors, where we occupy the primary bedroom, we also have an office where we work from home most weekdays. There is also a separate WC and shower room, shared with flatmates. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room and balcony. Our kitchen is new, with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and air-fryer as well as a dishwasher. We also have a 4 seater dining table. The living room has a large chaise sofa, TV and access to the balcony which has seating and a barbecue - in the summer I grow vegetables out there but it's a bit grey at the moment. Rent is inclusive of bills, but we would expect the lodger to chip in for household items such as dishwasher tablets, or to buy their own.

The flatmates:
We are Molly and Oli, two 33 year old professionals who bought the flat a year ago. We are slowly DIY-ing our way into making the flat nicer, but some areas are still on the to-do list. We both work from home most days, Molly for a charity and Oli for the council. In the evenings, we enjoy boardgames, movies, rugby and going to the pub. We are also joined by our blind house cat Abraham who is quiet but friendly, as well as a whole host of plants.
