Looking for a new flatmate to move into the flat I have lived in for three years. Current tenants are just me (male, 27 years).

It's a two bedroom flat with one bathroom and a large kitchen & living area. The flat is on the ground floor so has access to a large garden out the back that's great in the summer. The room itself has a large wardrobe & drawers and a double bed.

We're based in the centre of Brixton - less than five minutes walking distance from Brixton tube station (Victoria Line) and national rail.

Lidl, Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S are all within a short walking distance as are many bars, pubs, cinema, swimming pool, and Brixton markets. Brockwell Park is also only a 15 minutes walk away.

Price is £925 per month not including bills (which add up to about £175 per month).

Its fine if you smoke (in the garden). No pets unfortunately.

Available from 7th April 2026, for minimum 6 months and you'll get added onto the tenancy contract.
