Looking for someone to take over my very large, fully furnished king-size room just a 10-minute walk from Brixton station (Victoria Line). Being at the end of the line is a bonus, you can usually grab a seat and have a smooth commute into central London!

The move-in date would ideally be around 21st April, as you’d be taking over from me, but there’s some flexibility on dates for the right person. You would be taking over ~7 months left on the current lease period with possibility of renewing.

The room is genuinely spacious and feels more like your own private studio-style space within the flat.

You will be just 5 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Park, and right next to a large Sainsburys, which makes food shopping incredibly convenient.

Bills usually come to around £100–£150 per month, depending on the season.
