A bright second bedroom available in a well-located house in SW2, Brixton (Zone 2). The room faces a quiet residential area and gets plenty of natural light. The house has a very spacious living room, simple wooden furniture, and a warm, cosy atmosphere.

The Room
• £950 per month
• Available from May (earlier move-in from April negotiable)
• Fixed contract: 18 months
• Room size about 9m², furnished with a 1.5m double bed, wardrobe and storage
• There is also a desk in the house that can be moved into the room if needed
• If you need to leave early in the future, we can work together to find a replacement tenant

Bills
Bills are shared among 3 people / 2 bathrooms.
Usually around £120 per person per month in summer.
The room shares a bathroom (with bathtub) with the other second bedroom.

Current Flatmates
• One male professional in the master bedroom (own bathroom, stable job, busy & friendly, non-smoker)
• One female researcher WFH in the other room (share bathroom)

Both are friendly, respectful and easygoing. Interests include cycling, theatre, exhibitions and exploring the city.

Living Space
The living room is very large and can host up to about 10 people comfortably. Friends visiting or small gatherings are totally fine with prior notice (just keep noise reasonable and clean up afterwards).
