En Suite Double Bedroom Central Brixton

We are having this beautiful fresh decorated room to be taken over from a running contract (recently renewed) to live with Ollie, the person having the second bedroom in this cool two bedroom apartment in a new build block in Central Brixton.

Right next to the Village, walk to the tube about 5 minutes, many stores, market, gyms, bars, restaurants, and music, all on the door step.

Bills per person come to approx £120-150 per month.

I am planning to do some traveling and therefore look for someone to take over the contract.

Large build in double wardrobe, fully furnished, and almost new mattress.

The room has been taken care of very well during the tenancy, for further question feel free to contact me at any time. There is a communal lounge along with a great kitchen (also newly decorated) to enjoy.

The move in date is stated with May 31st however, this is more flexible due to the fact that I am still making plans myself and see how all goes.
