2-Bed Long Term Sublet in vibrant Brixton/Clapham / Girls Flat with large double room 💝🐣

About the Flat🗝️🚪:
- long term sublet minimum 5-6 months with chance of taking over the room after(would let you know well in advance)
- sharing with 1 other wonderful girly(27, professional) my best friend Tea who is from Sweden 🌸🇸🇪
- no bills included sadly usually around 130ish each per month
- we have a huge garden and plan to get furniture for summer BBQ‘s & have a blow up pool
- all kitchen appliances there
- my room I furnished myself but I will leave behind all furniture, bedding etc.
- I will empty all drawers before move in
- beautiful living room dining area, TV with Netflix, Disney Plus as well as a projector in my room
- incredibly nice landlord who’s been helpful with everything so far

Who we‘re looking for:

unfortunately I need to move back home for an unforeseen time, minimum 5-6months and leave behind this wonderful home 🏡
As I’m living with my best friend we’re ideally looking for someone similar minded- kind, 20’s/30’s , respectful, obviously also helping with chores and clean.
Tea loves going out (we’re very passionate about midsommar), going for nice dinners, watching Star Wars or having a cozy night in🍿

As this is all quiet urgent matter I’m looking to find someone within the next few days!
Move in is any time from the 11of April:)
