A lovely spacious rooms available in 4 storey period house in Brixton with a huge garden & driveway.

We're a friendly household, with 5 of us in the house, aged (24 - 31) all professionals (2 girls and 3 guys). Sadly one of our housemates is leaving to new adventures after being here long term, so looking for a new girl to join the group to balance the numbers.

We are a fun household, all have different interests but like to hang out, often cooking together and enjoying the occasional flat outing/pub or trash tv nights in and are looking for social people to join the group.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and conservatory that leads onto a huge back garden.

We’re about a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube & train stations, less than 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction station & the bus links are excellent! 

Rent is £920. We each pay £120 a month into an account for bills, which covers gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, council tax & a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £900.
The room is on the top floor & is conveniently located near one of the bathrooms. It has a large window with lots of natural light that looks over the back garden. There is plenty of space for a desk to WFH & comes with a bed and mattress

The room is available from August 8th. We're quite a social house & find people usually stay for a while!
