Two double rooms in large house with lovely garden

Two lovely spacious rooms available in 4 storey period house in Brixton with a huge garden & driveway.

 We're a friendly household, with 6 of us in the house, aged (27 - 31) all professionals (2 girls and 2 guys). Sadly two of our housemates are leaving to new adventures after being here long term, so looking for new people to join the group. We are a fun household, all have different interests but like to hang out, often cooking together and enjoying the occasional flat outing/pub or trash tv nights in and are looking for social people to join the group.

 The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and conservatory that leads onto a huge back garden.

 We’re about a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube & train stations, less than 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction station & the bus links are excellent! 



Rent for the larger room is £975 a month and rent for the other room (pink sheets photo) is £925. We each pay £120 a month into an account for bills, which covers gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, council tax & a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £900.

 Room one is on the bottom floor and is huge at 17m sq, has a huge window and tons of space - which makes it easy to WFH. It comes with a double bed, mattress & our old housemate might be selling some other items as well!

Room two is on the second floor & is conveniently located near one of the bathrooms. It has a large window with lots of natural light that looks over the back garden and built in cupboards. There is plenty of space for a desk to WFH & comes with a bed, mattress & small draws.

 Both rooms are available from May 1st, though this date is somewhat flexible, so let us know what date would work best and it may work out!



We're quite a social house & find people usually stay for a while!
