Looking for someone 30+, clean, friendly and respectful. FEMALE PREFERRED. Sorry lads.

Living with 3 other 31-34 year olds. We are all friendly professionals in a range of areas from the live music to the financial sector. All very clean and considerate. We all get on well and respect each others schedules and lives.

House has:

🛁 A huge bathroom with a claw foot tub
🚿 An extra separate shower room upstairs
🚽 Three toilets
🌞 A sizeable patioed garden with a big BBQ and garden furniture that we make use of in the summer
👩🏾‍🍳 A spacious open plan kitchen area with skylight windows
🧳 Cellar space for suitcases and storage
🚗 Private parking spaces in front of the house
🌴 An obscene amount of houseplants!

Bills change depending on the season but average around ~£100 a month - this includes all the usual stuff (i. e. water, gas and electric, internet, council tax and a cleaner that cleans the communal areas), plus £5 a month contribution for communal household items to ensure everyone is contributing equally (toilet paper, cleaning products, hand wash etc).

Room comes half furnished with a bed, mattress, and a clothes rails - the rest is yours to make it your space ✨
