Hello!

My current flat mate is leaving to move in with her partner, and there's now a large double bedroom available from 1st May, we'd need the new tenant to sign the lease by 15th May at the very latest. I've lived in the flat for the last 3 years and you can't beat it in terms of location! You'd be sharing with me, a 33 year old creative producer. I'm in the office/on set 4 days a week and WFH on Fridays.

The flat is a 2x bedroom 1x bathroom top floor flat in a grade 2 listed building. The building and entrance are super secure, there are 2 fobs to enter the building. The building also has a large shared garden. The bedroom available is the biggest bedroom in the flat. The room comes furnished with a king sized bed, drawers, bedside drawer, desk, & chair, floating shelf and wardrobe. The room is £1,200 per month exc bills

The orange sofa in the living room is no longer in the flat and the brown leather sofa has moved into its place
