Quiet room in lovely house

1 double room is available in our lovely 4 bed Victorian house. The room is quiet and has a window with a view of the garden.
The room will come partly furnished with built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bed side table. The new tenant will have to bring their own bed.

You will be living with 3 females and one friendly cat. The house is large and spacious with a shared open plan living room and dining area. There’s a small garden and lovely big kitchen. On street parking is available for around £25 per month.

This is a quiet homely house, not a party house. We live independent lives but are friendly and like to have a chat/watch tv/have dinner together occasionally.

The new tenant must be clean and chip into all the usual house maintenance. We all actively contribute to the cleanliness of the property and also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. Someone who works mostly in the office is preferred. No students sorry.

Bills are included in the rent but may be subject to a slight change as we re-do the bills due to the change over. The landlady is friendly, fair and responsive.
