Quiet room in lovely big house

We have one double bedroom available in our lovely Victoria house located near Brockwell park. The room is available from 10th June. Bills are included but may increase slightly as we reorganise everything.

There are 3 professional females living in the house and one friendly cat, Roland. We are friendly, chatty but all have our own lives. We prefer having a female household. The house is quiet and homely. It is not a party house. We prefer to have someone who is clean and contributes actively to the household tasks and upkeep of the property. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week. Our preference would be to have someone who mainly works in the office on a 9-5 schedule.

There is a lovely big shared living space and large kitchen. There is a small garden with a lovely rose bush and second outdoor toilet. One shared bathroom with bath and separate toilet upstairs. Street parking is available for £25 a month. The landlord is fair and responsive.
