We have a large room available in our lovely Brixton home from early June and we are looking for a 5th person to join our home.

You’ll live in a very modern townhouse with 4 other people. Currently 2 females (including me) and 2 males. We are all working professionals who socialise together but equally respect each others space!

Bit about the house:
- rent is £1550 all bills included + a weekly cleaner + internet + council tax
- 3 bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with 1 person)
- plenty of transport options with bus stop 2 minutes from house, Brixton tube 10 minute walk, Herne Hill thameslink 10 minute walk all taking you to central London
- Plenty of lovely cafes and parks nearby with Brockwell park a 5 minute walk away and Clapham Common a 10 minute walk
- really safe street
- Garden area with bbq
- large living space with tv

- Bed, beside table and wardrobe included
- lots of natural light
- very large room to make a cosy space

We are really after a clean, mature and lovely flatmate who will mix into the house well.
