Summer Sublet – Bright & Spacious Flat Near Brockwell Park (12 July – 28 August)

We’re subletting our apartment while away this summer and are looking for a respectful short-term tenant for a --6.5 week stay.

📅 Available: 12 July – 28 August
📍 Move-in flexibility: anytime between 12–18 July

This is a temporary holiday/business let only. Applicants should have a permanent primary residence elsewhere and be able to provide proof of travel, study, or internship arrangements.

The flat would suit:

* Summer interns
* Visiting postgraduates
* Young professionals
* Temporary visitors to London

The Flat

The apartment is bright, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a spacious living area that’s ideal for both relaxing and working from home. There’s a dining/work table and a fully equipped kitchen including:

* Coffee machine
* Tabletop dishwasher
* Microwave
* Stove & oven

🌳 Located just a 2-minute walk from Brockwell Park, the area is peaceful while still being very well connected.

Transport

* Brixton Underground: approx. 10 minutes by bus
(bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the flat)
* Herne Hill Station: ~12 minute walk
* Tulse Hill Station: ~12 minute walk

Rent

The rent is **fully inclusive**, covering:

* Wi-Fi
* Water
* Electricity & gas
* Council tax (Band D)
