Short term rental in Zone 2

Hi there,

I’m subletting my beloved little home for the times when I’m away and looking for someone who would take a good care of it and would treat it with respect.

Fully furnished, including towels, bedlinen, plates, etc.

Minimum 1 week but max 2 months. 2027 periods can be also discussed.

Available between 14 June and 1 July (a bit flexible dates) and from 5 September.

Please note that the price depends on the length of the stay and other aspects, so needs to be discussed.

Suitable for solo travelers or couples.

Modern, furnished, warm home. Fast wi-fi. Playstation, elliptical trainer, walking pad, and all sorts of kitchen appliances. I can provide you with bedlinen and towels. The apartment doesn’t have an AC, but it doesn’t get too hot during summer, but there’s a tower fan if needed.

The building has a rooftop terrace and a bike storage.

Based in Brixton (South London residential area), 5 min walk from tube/metro station (Victoria line), easy access to city centre (10-15 mins ride), bus stop at the doorstep, supermarkets (within 2 mins), Pilates studios, gyms and parks (10-15 mins walk), restaurants & cafes (5-10 min walk), co-working office (5 min walk).

Please note that smoking, parties, gatherings, pets and subletting are not allowed.
