Large double room in a two bedroom flat

I am going travelling for 7 months in September and I am looking for someone to take over my room. It is a large double room fully furnished with a living area and shared bathroom and kitchen. Must be comfortable with living with a lovely sausage dog also. Move in date can be earlier in August too.

Room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, shoe rack and clothes hanger.

The flat is a 15 minute walk to Brixton station and Herne Hill station. It is right by the entrance to the lovely Brockwell Park also and has great bus links to central London, Streatham, Peckham and Clapham.
