The house is in a prime location, just off Acre Lane and in close proximity to the Tube, Brixton Market, supermarkets and across the street from anytime fitness gym. The property is also surrounded by great venues including Blues Kitchen at one end of the street and the Trinity Arms at the other.
You would be living with 2 guys, Pete and Paul, who are both easy going, clean, respectful housemates who have been a delight to live with. The house has generous living space and a large balcony terrace adjacent to the kitchen area which is great for hanging out in summer. The house also has a large bathroom (including a bathtub) and storage space.
Rent is £960 pm plus bills, with the property falling in council tax band D. Included in the bills is a electricity/gas, water, council tax, TV license and wifi.
