Double Room in Brixton

hi! my flatmate is moving out so i'm looking for a replacement tenant for his double room✨

what's offered is a large room with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. it's in a 2-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen, a living room and one shared bathroom. the kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine). in the living room there is a desk, a sofa and a smart tv.

the best part about this place is probably the location - the flat is just 10 min walk from the brixton tube station (victoria line) and about 15 min walk from the stockwell tube station (northern line). it's located on the high street so there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a walking distance. there are also loads of direct buses to central london (e. g. 27 mins to london bridge).

the current contract is until november 2026 but we can extend it, once you move in we will add you to into it. the rent is 1150 pounds (same amount for deposit), plus bills and wi-fi around 170 per person.
the landlord is very flexible and responsive when it comes to fixing somethinh in the flat.

about me: my name is margot, i am from ukraine, currently finishing my postgrad in clinical forensic psychology at king's and hoping to find an assistant psychologist role after. i work from home few days a week. occasionally have guests over, but these are quiet chill hangouts rather than parties. making the home feel like home is important to me and i would love to have a flatmate i could be friends with. having the space clean is also crucial to me so we would have to align on that.
