Hi! Looking for someone to move into the 2nd Bedroom of a bright 2- Bedroom flat in Brixton hill.

The Flat
The room is bright and quiet and is currently unfurnished (previous tenants took their double bed/bits which haven’t been replaced yet) but can come furnished/semi furnished as the landlord is flexible. The room has a built-in wardrobe. There is a shared large bathroom and a good-sized kitchen with lots of storage space and separate living room with a wee balcony. There is some additional storage in the hall. We're really lucky that the landlord is genuinely lovely, so responsive and reasonable - probably the best landlord I’ve had.

Location
About a 10 min walk from lovely Brockwell Park and 20 mins to Herne Hill. About a 5-minute cycle or 20 min walk to Brixton Station, but there are buses literally every minute, 50m from the flat that will get you to Brixton station in 5-10mins or central London in about 40mins. There are some nice coffee shops/work spaces nearby and a fab local round the corner.

Flatmate
You will be sharing with myself, 31 y/o gal from Glasgow originally, but been living in London for a few years now. I am currently working as a trainee Clinical Psychologist so work from home one day a week, but generally I’m out of the house 8am-6pm. I am technically a student as I am doing my Doctorate which means I don’t pay council tax, so there is a 25% reduction. If you are council tax exempt then fabulous, if not then I am happy to pay the extra 25% so it stays 50/50. During the week I enjoy a pilates/yoga class in the evenings or going for a pint/play/gab with friends but equally happy binging Netflix/Sex and the City at home. I am generally pretty chilled at home and prefer the flat to be a peaceful place rather than a party house, but do enjoy hosting dinners/wine with friends from time to time! I am vegan and would prefer to live with someone who is veggie/vegan if possible. Looking for someone to be part of a home rather than a room rental 

Rent: £995
Bills (Wifi, heating, water, Electricity): £135
Council tax (taking account of reduced rate): Around £80
Move in Date: Early/Mid June - relatively flexible.

This would initially be a sublet for a couple of months then going on the lease which would require a deposit – happy to discuss more! Please message with a bit about yourself
