Double room - Artist's house

Hi,

I'm a writer/ director working across film, theatre, TV and audio. I am looking for a tenant to move in for short term, which could possibly be extended.

I'm very easy going (live in landlord, like to stay in and cook a dinner with friends, but also like to go out for a drink occasionally. Very active, sporty, who teaches martial arts.

I also am running a retreat in the South of France, so am interested in the wellness space. The flat is very central, 2 mins from Brixton tube, really lovely community, over looking the skate park. We also have communal gardens, which we are allowed to book out for barbecue's etc.

I am between Brighton and London, so sometimes you'll have the flat to yourself.
