Brixton Short Term Let (3 months)

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share my lovely flat for a short term let with possibility of extension up to August 2027 if we were to get on well.

You’d have a furnished double room, along with full access to the shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

The rent is £1200 per month, which includes:
• All bills
• A weekly cleaner

The flat is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from beautiful Brockwell Park and around a 20-minute walk to Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill stations. There are also plenty of bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around.

During the week, my evenings are usually a mix of dinners out, dance classes, or quieter nights cooking and relaxing in front of the TV, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of shared space, open to a mix of socialising and using their own space and enjoys a calm, friendly home environment
