Hey All! I’m looking for a lovely person to sublet my room while I return back home to The States this Summer. I live in a lovely renovated 3 story terraced home in Brixton.
The room is furnished and very spacious featuring large windows that overlook our private garden and features a dresser and wardrobe that will be cleared out for your convenience. The house itself has a very large kitchen dining area, upstairs living room, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer and a washing machine. I am currently living with 3 lovely roommates (All 27 two M one F) who all work full time and are usually out of the home. Located 7 minutes walk from the speedy Victoria line which will get you to Central London in less than 10 minutes.

I’m looking for someone trustworthy, calm (creative ++) and mid - late 20s to look over my room while I’m away that would appreciate living in Brixton and wouldn’t mind watering my plants every now and then!
