Furnished double room available in our amazing 4 bedroom house! You’ll be taking over our room and living with other kiwi’s.

The room:
Located on the second floor this room is light, spacious, with plenty of storage. It comes furnished with bed, desk, and bedside table.

Move in & Costs
£1300 per month with £80-100 per person in bills.
Move in from the 16th June.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent. This is not listed in the post due to glitch on SpareRoom. Deposit is required.

The house
The house is in great condition, furnished to a luxurious standard and fully equipped. When I say fully eqippes it comes with literally everything, some mentions below:
- kitchen with: oven & stove, 2 fridges & freezers meaning you only share with 2 others (the dream), dishwasher, washing machine
- South-facing private garden with outdoor table set
- Cosy living room with tv and couches
- dining room with table and chairs

Location
Set in between Clapham Abbeville Village and Brixton. The house is on a tranquil residential street with low traffic, surrounded by green spaces (Brockwell Park, Clapham Common).

10-15min walk from the Northern line, Victoria line and London Overground stations

Theres a Lidl 7 minute walk away as well as a Londis under 5 minutes away for any essential snacks.
