Looking for friendly & creative flatmate

Hello! I am avalon a 21-year-old fine art student and pottery teacher. I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy in 2 months. My ideal flatmate would be a female, young professional, or a student who is clean and conscientious. I would love to find someone with similar interests, as I would love to make a genuine connection/friendship.

The flat is in a quiet and scenic part of Brixton Hill off the main road. The road itself is only one way, so there is basically no traffic. It is about a 10-minute walk down the hill to Brixton Station, and the bus up the hill takes about 5 minutes. The flat is right next to the large Tulse Hill Sainsbury's, which is very convenient and also close to the little Sainsbury's on Brixton Hill Road. Brockwell Park is under 10 min walk away, and Herne Hill Station can be walked to in about 15 minutes.

There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a plethora of choices down in Brixton. It is also close to a pharmacy and a post office!
