2 bedrooms to fill in a big four bed house in Brixton!

Hi everyone,

We have an opportunity for 2 girls to move into this big four bed house with 2 other lovely girls (Em and Sarah), ideally located between Brixton and Clapham North!

🏠About the house:
The house is less than a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station and Brixton high street (all the essentials including M&S, mini sainsbury, mini tesco, superdrug, H&M, and more!). There is also a big Tesco and Lidl about 10minute walk away, and Clapham North tube is 10minute walk.

We are near to Brixton Market, Brixton O2 and lots of fun pubs including Duke of Edinburgh, Landor and Trinity Arms.

Room 1: £1040
This is the larger of the 2 rooms. Includes bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. The current housemate has a desk in the room but this is not provided.

Room 2: £1000
Includes bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

Bills come to around £75-£100 per month.
Deposit is £1025.

The house also has a small basement to store bikes and other bits, and we have a small garden which is an absolute sun trap!

🩵About us:
We all met on Girls Who Graduate and are now close friends! You will be sharing with Em and Sarah: Em is a Primary school teacher and Sarah works in Consulting. They are friendly and sociable girls, who enjoy pub nights out, exploring London, going on runs and for coffee, and cosy nights in.

💜About you:
We’re looking for 2 girls aged around 25-30, who have their friendship circles but would also love to make friends in the house. We would be happy to have 2 girls who are already friends or 2 separate girls so please get in touch either way!

You would need to be clean, friendly and sociable. You will also need to pass the landlord’s referencing and credit checks and provide the deposit.
