Room in clean & friendly house - Brixton Hill

Double bedroom

We are 3 friends (all she/her) looking for a clean and friendly housemate, to permanently sign onto our contract from 30th June.
If you’re interested in the room please send us a message with:
- a little bit about yourself (age/occupation, how you like to live in the house, interests)
- when you are available for a viewing, out of the times listed below.
- when you would be available to move in.

Please note - we will not be replying to any messages until Saturday evening 30/06/26.

Viewing slots:
- Sunday 31st May: 12.30 - 18.00
- Monday 1st June: 18.00 - 19.30
- Tuesday 2nd June: 18.00 - 19.30

A bit more about us:
We are a friendly, sociable house that love to spend time together, sometimes going out for coffees, days out together and watching movies or tv, cooking dinner together, crafting and gardening when we’re in.
But we also live fairly independently - we have our own food shelves, and our own social circles and different plans going on (gigs, dinners, exhibitions, exercise classes etc). We think it’s a really lovely balance !

We currently have a wonderful cat called Teddy. He is sadly likely to be moving out with our current housemate (unless he is unable to for a currently unknown reason). However, he will still be here for a couple weeks in early July.

We like to keep the house tidy, cleaning up after ourselves in shared spaces and with a deep-clean for each shared space once a week, guided by a cleaning rota.

Our move in date would be the weekend of 28th June, but we can discuss this further.
