The Flat:
Looking for 1 fun, easygoing, tidy housemate to fill a peaceful, cosy room in a centrally located first floor flat in Brixton with shared living spaces; including a huge living room with large windows that allow plenty of natural light, well-lit and airy dining room, kitchen and a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the backyard garden.

The Room:
The room comes with a bed, a bedside table with 2 drawers and storage cupboard, with additional storage space in drawers underneath the bed.

Location:
Located an 8-10 min walk from the bustling Brixton centre and station, a mere 4 min walk from the nearest bus stop.

Bills:
Council tax, wi-fi, water, gas, electricity are additional, but relatively inexpensive

A bit about us:
I’m a neat, sociable hospitality professional working in pastry and front of house; non-smoker
My partner is moving in to one of the other rooms; we’re both hospitality professionals and we work 5 days a week including one or both of us working weekends mostly. We’re big on coffee, wine, music and movies. Looking for a fun, respectful, sociable housemate that can round the household out and keep the shared spaces spick and span :)
I’ve lived in this house for 2 years now.
We were a lovely group of 3 girls originally that hung out together for coffee/pastry runs and the occasional Netflix-binge, dinner or drink together, whilst being non-intrusive and respectful of each other’s spaces.
Super excited to find a third like-minded person to live out this next chapter in the house with! :))
