Hi! I'm moving out of my lovely room in Brixton after 5 years! My flatmates are looking for someone aged 25-32 to join our home in central Brixton starting around 15th June (slight flexibility possible).

You'd be living with:
Megan (she/her) 27, Fundraising Marketer at Macmillan Cancer Support
Lucy (she/her) 28, Marketing Exec in Fashion & PR
We all met on SpareRoom and have lived together for 4-5 years. Both girls are very chilled and like: gym classes, reading, travelling and exploring London.

We love the flat and have such an amazing landlady who is very responsive if needed. There's a huge shared rooftop, living room/kitchen area which is great for socialising, dishwasher and washer/dryer and double glazing with extra soundproofing. Council tax band C.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), new mattress, desk, chair, double wardrobe and large chest of drawers.

The flat is less than 5 minutes' walk to Brixton tube station (Victoria line) on a well-lit street and very well-connected. 15 minutes walk to Brockwell Park and 25 minutes to Clapham Common.
