Brixton Hill - Double Room in Flat

Sadly my housemate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend so I've got a room opening up in our 2-bed flat on Lambert Road, just off Brixton Hill. You’d only be sharing with one other person (me).

The room itself is a good-sized double, with a double bed and plenty of storage space. It also looks out onto the garden of our downstairs neighbours, so it’s nice and quiet with a bit of greenery.

The location is great - only a 10-minute walk to Brockwell Park, 15 minutes to Brixton station, and around 20 minutes to Clapham North. Great balance of green space and easy access into central London.

The flat has a relaxed, easygoing vibe. I’m definitely social and always up for the occasional pub trip, dinner, or just hanging out.

About me:
I’m 32, originally from the Netherlands, and have been living in the UK for nearly 10 years. I work full-time as a data analyst and go into the office 3 days a week. Outside of work, I’m into running, travelling, pubs, and festivals.

Looking for someone who is:
- Between 28 and 34 years old
- Chill and easy to live with
- Clean and tidy
- Social but also has their own life and friends
- Ideally not working from home full-time
