We’re looking for someone to join our vibrant three-bed flat on Electric Avenue!

Our housemate is leaving and we’re searching for someone to take over the biggest room in the flat from July 20th. We know it’s a busy time of year to meet new flatmates but we will be arranging viewings from 8th of June.

ℹ️ About Us:
Steph (31) is a teaching assistant and actress, and Reuben (31) is a qualified psychotherapist and works for a charity helping young people. We’re laid-back, sociable, and love having a cozy, friendly home while still respecting each other’s space.

🛋️ The Space:
The available room is the biggest in the flat and situated in a charming Victorian building. The flat itself has a spacious living area, a functional kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

👤 Looking For:
We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and fun to join our home. If you’re independent but enjoy the occasional hangout or trip to the pub, you’ll fit right in!

🚇 Location:
We’re on Electric Avenue, right in the heart of Brixton. There’s loads to do, great transport links, and we can wake up 30 minutes before work and still make it on time.

Bills: Around £120/month
