Room in lovely flat on Brixton Hill

Hi everyone, one of my flatmates is moving out so we need to replace them. The flat is located near Brixton prison, 10 mins from Brixton station and easy access to Clapham. The flat is ground floor and is 4 bed with a community garden and balcony. A nice large kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, plenty of storage and wine fridge (along with a normal fridge). 2 bathrooms & showers. All wood flooring through the flat with underfloor heating. The landlord is super reliable and responsive. You'll be sharing with me (Alex 25) I work in biotech, Eve (25) works in construction, and Max (28) a student paramedic. Bills come to about £30 for electric, £30 for water, £30 for council tax and £8 for WiFi a month per person
Room is available from 18th July and we are looking for someone to move in around this date but could be negotiated. Price can also be negotiated
The landlord may be willing to change the bed if wanted
