The room itself is only provided with a bed w/mattress, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished. There is ample storage space provided, including 2 double wardrobes outside.

You will be sharing the upstairs with one respectful flatmate, where there is a bathroom in between rooms.

The house is homely and spacious, with a large living room and fully stocked kitchen. There is a rare private garden which is ideal for hosting BBQs in.

You’ll be renting with two 2 clean working professionals, who make an effort to keep the flat tidy and organised as much as possible.

It is about a 5min walk to Brixton Road where there are many buses into the city, or 20 mins to Clapham North, Clapham Common or Brixton Tube stations. For overground, it is a 30 minute walk to Balham.

Rent will be £1000 pm for three months excluding bills (gas/water/council tax/ wifi).
