Massive Double Room to Sublet for 6 weeks for 1,500 bills included!
Room is usually closer to 1,100 a month with bills.
I’m just taking a month and half away from London!
Most of the musical equipment will be put your away for the stay barring the guitars etc. the desk and speakers will still be there for TV use if you have a laptop. I have HDMI inputs!
The room is on Brixton hill with loads of amenities. Cafes, shops, salon. You name it. Brixton tube is a 10 minute walk so more to find there!
You’ll be living with Hugo 25 (works for the council) and Glordi 29 (works as an analyst). Really chill, tidy flat. Housemates are into art, music, film, sports. Very chill and respectful guys. The house is LGBTQ+ friendly and all that jazz so no need to worry about that. Would prefer age to be 25+. No preference really on gender! Just able to stay for 6 weeks!
