Hey everyone!
My room is available in Brixton, a few minutes from Brockwell Park.
Room is available from mid July onwards, but can be flexible on the moving in date.
Nearest stations are Brixton (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill overground.
Rent is £1,000 per month including all bills and council tax, but they may increase it to £1,100 at some point.
There are 6 people in the house (5 bedrooms, 1 couple) all in their 20’s. The vibe is relatively chill and fairly social. The boys sometimes have BBQ’s in the summer but equally you can do your own thing.
Letting agent will probably ask for references, plus a guarantor if not earning at least 30k.
