Shared large living room, kitchen (including dishwasher, gas hob and large fridge freezer), bathroom, downstairs toilet, additional storage and washing machine on landing and sun trap terrace ☀️

10-15 min walk from both Brixton and Clapham North

Bills not included (usually around £200)

Deposit is £1270( 5 weeks), Landlord Check fee

I’m a 36 year old professional, enjoy cooking, eating out, tv- all the usual stuff, work form office with a couple of days from home.
