Room available in cosy 3-bed Brixton flat

Hello!

Our third flatmate is moving out to go travelling, so we’re looking for a new long term roomie at our cute Brixton girls flat from July.

About the flat:

Two storey three bed flat with separate kitchen, lounge, balcony, bathroom and additional toilet. The room is a furnished double room on the smaller side.

We’re a 10 minute walk from Brixton station (viccy line what a win) and next to Brockwell park, with access to Herne Hill overground too.

Rent: approx £850/ month (tbc with our landlord)
Bills: approx £90-100/ month

About us:

We’re two girls, 26 and 27, working in events and marketing, hybrid and fully in person.

We’ve been friends since we met on our year abroad in Spain and are excited to welcome someone social (bonus points if you can improve our questionable pub quiz performance !!) who also enjoys their own time. We love a good dinner party, hiking, yoga/ painting/ crafting/ watching telly in the lounge, trips to the car boot and a brockwell park day festi of course. We like to keep the flat clean and homey <3
