We're looking for someone (ideally aged 23–26) to take over a lovely double room in our 5-bed girls-only maisonette in Brixton ASAP!

The House:
- 5-bedroom maisonette
- 3 bathrooms
- Garden + balcony
- Just 5 mins walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line)
- 10 mins to Clapham Common & Brockwell Park
- Great transport links – easy access across London, with Stockwell nearby for the Northern Line
- Super convenient location (3 mins to Tesco & Lidl, M&S nearby & multiple Sainsbury's Locals on the high street)

The Room:
- Cozy double room
- Fully furnished (apart from a few personal decorations)
- Sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls
- Separate kitchen & living room
- Long-term let only

We're a super friendly and sociable house who love:
- Movie nights
- The occasional trip to the pub or night out
- Catch-ups in the kitchen after work

That said, we all respect each other's space and downtime too. We're looking for someone who's friendly, considerate, and likes keeping the house clean and tidy.
