Double room w/ensuite in Brixton - female only

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in from 9th August.

The flat:

• £1,100 pcm + approximately £200 bills each

• Deposit approximately £1,200

• Large double bedroom with ensuite (unfurnished)

• 2-bedroom flat (both rooms have ensuites)

• Spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area

• 2-minute walk from Brixton Tube station

• Close to shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and Brixton Village

• Lots of nearby gyms, fitness studios and green spaces

A bit about me: I'm 26 and work in policy research. I'm friendly, tidy and respectful, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime. I love going to the gym, playing tennis and spending time with friends.

I'm looking for a female flatmate, ideally around a similar age (mid-20s), who has a similar approach to sharing a home. I'd love to live with someone who's friendly and sociable but also values a calm, considerate living environment. I want the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
