Your flatmates Hannah (25, Finance) and Ben (25, Personal Trainer) are a social bunch, think movie nights, pub trips, and the occasional spontaneous night out but also respectful of each others space.

* Each person has additional storage units in the corridor
* Bathroom shared with just one flatmate (Ben)

Location:
* The Tube station (Victoria) is a 8-10 min walk away, or a bus stop (1 min)
* Gym (Jetts) just downstairs
* Large Sainsbury’s (5 mins) and Tesco nearby (12 min), with a small Tesco (1 min)
* Brockwell Park just an 8 min walk away
* Clapham Common is a 5 min Lime
