🌟 Single room in a friendly Brixton home 🌟

Monthly rent: £850 + ~£110 bills; 5 weeks deposit. Move in date: 22nd September. Joining 2 flatmates and our pets.
Our beloved flatmate is heading off to do her postgrad after two years with us so we're looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely little home.
About the space
This is a single room in a 3-bedroom, ground floor flat. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and plenty of storage. It also gets a good amount of natural light. The flat is split across two floors — kitchen and living room downstairs, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs (15 steps) so it feels spacious. There is also a little garden out the back which is great in the summer (although with the recent climate it’s hard to feel excited about time in the sun).
About us
✨ Vaidehi (27, she/her) — worker of law, hoarder of snacks, enthusiastic procrastinator who loves a side quest.
✨ Ash (29, he/him) — data scientist for a fintech, enthusiast of evil reality TV, recently sober. Often found in the home playing piano to my kitty cats.
✨ Baji (5, he/him, dog) — fluffy, friendly (if a little vacant), primarily motivated by cheese and an urge to run out of the door.
✨ Casper (1, he/him, cat) — professional munchkin, will let you (mostly) hold him like a baby.
✨ Rosie (1, she/her, cat) — stunning queen, the smartest of the bunch, likely to find her (if she lets you) in places she should not be.
The vibe
Queer and neurodivergent! We’re great friends who love debriefing about our days and watching terrible reality TV together but we also value our own downtime. It’s been really lovely to create a space that feels like a home and we’d love whoever joins us to feel the same way.
