Small Double Room in a modern 3 bed flat

Newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat just 1 mile from Brixton, Clapham North and Clapham South tube stations. One small double room is available to rent (unfurnished). The flat has a modern bathroom (shared with one other housemate) and a spacious private back garden.

Mimi is 24 and works in financial services, while Amelia is 29 and is a teacher. We’re both into fitness, whether that’s running or going to the gym, and we love live music, cinema trips, hosting friends and travelling. We often cook together and socialise in the evenings and at weekends, but we also enjoy our own space and have our own friendship groups in London.
