Ground floor flat with a garden in Brixton. Flat is equal distance from Brixton station and Clapham North/Common stations as well as access to lots of bus routes. Also equal distance to Brockwell park, Clapham Common and Tooting common.

Room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and the option of a billy bookcase. Kitchen/living room is also furnished. Bathroom with bath/shower and toilet as well as another separate toilet.

The living room has French doors which open out to the garden. Lots of space in the garden for extra storage, and we have garden furniture.

I’m leaving behind two amazing girlies, Lucy (26) and Sophia (27). Looking for someone who is social, easy going and tidy. Our schedules don’t often align but when they do we love to have dinner together in the garden, play tennis in the park or get an ice cream from Herne Hill.
