Brixton Double Room Available September (6 Months)

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into the second bedroom of a two-bedroom flat from September.

I’ve lived here with one of my childhood friends since October, but he’s heading to Canada for six months, so I’m looking for someone who’d like to take his room whilst he’s away. I’d love to stay in the flat, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for a relaxed, friendly place and relaxed flatmate to live with.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going, tidy and sociable. I enjoy hanging out over a drink or watching a film, but I also respect personal space and appreciate a good balance between socialising and doing our own thing. I work from home full-time so will always be here if we need someone to sign for a package or allow any maintenance people in. I’m a creative professional in the Film & TV industry and love videogames, relaxing in the pub or cooking.

The flat has two bedrooms, a shared living space, balcony, kitchen and bathroom, and is in a great location. The flats only a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station and is near a lot of great restaurants, bars and parks.

The room available for rent has a great bed, cupboard space and also has a ceiling fan - a life-saver for these hot months!
